RECEIVING: Monday, January 18, 2009 (MLK Day) 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
ENTRY FEE: $2.00 per piece. Limit 2 pieces per student. 20 piece limit per teacher/art specialist
EXHIBITION: January 26 through February 21, 2010 GALLERY HOURS: Tuesday-Thursday 11:30-500 p.m.
RECEPTION AND AWARDS CEREMONY: Artists, family and friends are encouraged to attend the reception and ceremony on February 21, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Awards presented at 3:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT: Artwork must be picked up immediately following the awards ceremony & reception on Sunday, February 21. Artwork remaining at the gallery will be kept until February 28, 2010. An uncollected work will become property of the CCAA.

RULES OF ENTRY: All works must be original creations of the artist. No copies or cartoons will be accepted. All framed entries must be prepared for hanging. Unframed entries must be matted, backed with foam core or matt board and equipped with a hanging device suitable for a metal grid. No string hangers. Free “Duo tab” hangers will be available at the gallery (these hold up light-weight, unframed, 2D works only). Work will not be accepted if these procedures are not followed.
Because this show will be received by very young children, please keep in mind that the Young Masters Committee has content sensitivity requiring depictions of drug use, alcohol, gang symbols, weapons, overt sexuality, etc.
